just start your Goals

So I chose the goal number 1 weight to lose

1st three tasks to do immediately

  1. Don’t drink fizzy drinks
  2. Do dinner at 8 pm
  3. Extreme running

So I started the first step as it is hard to get rid of the drinks as I am very fond of this but somehow I managed 2 days. It is very difficult to hold when your friends are drinking the chilled Pepsi and you are drinking the mineral water and there was one time I think just drink it for the last time and yes I took 4 sips and it was so good.

What I learn specifically is that to resist something you love is so hard but not impossible.

Lets see who this journey will move further.
